The University of Manchester Students’ Union is a student-led organisation, established in 1908 and represents all students at the University of Manchester.
We are proud to be the largest students’ union in the country, at a university ranked 47th in the world, 11th best in Europe and 7th best in the UK, by The Times Higher Education World University Rankings.
We are a registered charity with a turnover in excess of £6 million per year. The Students’ Union is at the heart of student life which encompasses representation, welfare, clubs and societies, volunteering and training, along with our commercial activities.
